Sweet Chili Salmon Bites by Chef Fabio Viviani

  • 1 lb. Salmon, cut into 1×1 inch bites
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • ½ tbs. Paprika
  • ½ c. Green onion, finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper to taste.

3. In a bowl, add the salmon, Sweet Chili Sauce (you can find in most grocery stores), Paprika and green onions.

4. Place bites on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and roast on broil for about 5-7 minutes.

5. Serve in a tray with a toothpick in it.
